Advisory Committee for Developing Human Resources for Africa
The committee comprises government ministries, private enterprises, international cooperation institutions, NGOs, and the member universities of the project. The committee holds annual meetings to seek advice and support from the committee members on the specific requirements for developing skilled human resources in Japan and Africa.
