‘The 9th Committee for Japanese Universities’ International Exchange Program with Africa’ was held (March 15, 2023)

On March 15, 2023 (Wednesday), “The 9th Committee for Japanese Universities’ International Exchange Program with Africa” was held in a hybrid format at the Kyoto University Tokyo Office and online. A total of 28 faculty members and staff members participated.

After presenting “this year’s issues and good practices” for implementation of each project, a question-and-answer session was held with a view to improve the whole program. During the question-and-answer session, the current situation and responses were discussed, especially regarding safety management in sending students to Africa, criteria for the selection of students, and the overall promotion of student exchange agreements.
